Service Parts Team Lead - Winnipeg, MB

Under the direction of the Service Parts Manager, the Service Parts Team Lead will coordinate and oversee parts personnel to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and control communication with the dealers on the parts supply process 
  • Lead and oversee the order coordinator group achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Ensure efficient communication occurs inside the Service Parts organization and with other departments
  • International documentation processing; customs papers, shipping documents
  • Determine availability, provide pricing, complete appropriate paperwork, coordinate shipping, and resolve any related questions or discrepancies
  • Process returns 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service capacity in an office environment
  • Supervisory or other leadership experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and have an understanding of parts
  • Exceptional organizational, computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Related post-secondary education and/or a background in agricultural equipment parts are definite assets
  • Knowledge of EZ Parts system or other parts order program is preferred.
